Endeavour
Think Bears would have had to take a 20 point lead. Good spirited performance from them tonight.
Weeyin
Well done to the bears , better team on the night , cracking pass by Charles Wright to beat Cookie , not many people will do that.
boz
Much better than expected from the Bears - not sure what Ulrich did after his first ride but a completely different rider after that and deserved his rider of the night award. Stewart was excellent again, and not too many people will pass Craig Cook this year so great effort from Wright. Greaves again quick and possibly deserved more points. Cook was in a class of his won for Glasgow - struggle to remember Proctor having a worse meeting here and Starke aside Glasgow did not offer too much support for Cook. I don't think 12 points will be enough, but should at least make Friday interesting.
Gringo
Another excellent meeting at the MPA. Fantastic from Ulrich after he missed the gate in his 1st ride.

Yeah, would have to agree with that. 20 points would give us a shot, but 12 points, we would need to be very very lucky, to defend that.

Friday's second leg has all the makings of a classic . 12 points is a handy lead and the tie is perfectly balanced .

Gringo
But we have the better reserves.

Gringo
If the aggregate score is 90-90 would it go to replay.

Can't argue with the facts. Three strong heat leaders especially MPT as third of those. Andersen at 2 should do alright also. Extra pressure on Greaves as Wooley can get and be a road block in the NL but probably won't wash in the Champs. However if he is happy with 3 rides a meeting the rest should be able to do enough to cover for him.
KEITH M
Wonder when they told Ostergaard as when interviewed by Roy on getting his Man of the Match award last night he told all the fans he was looking forward to Glasgow on Friday and he hoped he and his team mates had their gating gloves on
