Oh god. Missed the important bit ~  NL. :D I thought this thread was the Championship Fours at Peterborough so didn't even think of another Fours event. Sorry.

Its now the 20th June and the "Fours" are on the 23rd, and still nothing on the BSPA website, prices TBA, riders TBA, or have they announced it somewhere else?

No idea about riders but prices are - Adults £20, Concessions £15, 5-15 £4 and under 5s free. Programme is £4.

Perhaps it's part of the master plan to involve the public more by having to fill in every rider in every heat.

Won't buy or fill in a program because I'm not bothered who wins in fact I'm not that bothered even if Cradley or Wolves were riding. I just hope for some good racing. Although this suits me I guess it sums up the state of speedway in the UK now

Will Birmingham have a team?  Ash Morris and Nathan Stoneman both injured?

Have'nt been here before, can you access all areas?

Also does anyone know if it's permitted to take in Picnic seats as my granddaughter and myself are both disabled (But thankfully not bad enough for a wheelchair).

                                                    Thanks Steve

You have always been allowed to bring picnic seats in for Panthers fixtures and most sit on the back straight or 1/2 bend. I would assume it will be the same for this event.

Showground;-

Facilities: 2200 Capacity Grandstand running the full length of the home straight
Grass banking on the back straight, though it's not as high as it used to be.
Fast food outlets on grandstand side of track
Track Shop (selling Official Club Merchandise)
Licensed Bar (Located in the Northampton Suite, situated on the first corner, open before, during and after meetings)
Disabled Parking (Inside the Showground) - Disabled parking within the stadium is permitted as long as a blue badge is on display
. (Probably advisable if you have a permit, as it can be a bit of a hike depending on which main car park, outside the showground, they use). I'd be very surprised if they don't allow you to take in picnic seats. I don't recall it being a problem in the past.

Thank you both very much for taking the time to reply.

Please be aware that anybody coming on A14  that the Bar Hill  junction just west of Cambridge will be closed both ways and you will need to negotiate your way around it, Hopefully  signs will be in place.
