Poole can only beat what’s in front of them tho so you have to take advantage of a team obliterated by Poole related injuries. which half would that be exactly? Musielak was injured before today and would have been pulled out by Rosco if they hadn't had the 'last minute' situation with Lampart. Instead they made him go out for his first ride so they could do IRR. Who else got injured? No opinion about the dangerous Swindon track then? Dangerous according to the Swindon riders incidentally?! Everyone else is the real world knows it was a sh1te day for speedway. Exactly. Who cares that it was two crap track, who cares that riders struggled, who cares that fans were mugged off at both meetings. Winning is all that matters. I just hope my club look at tonight & put it right ASAP.

Bagpuss
Not good enough that two meetings between two of the biggest clubs in the UK both have issues with the track surfaces and riders end up injured. The sport does itself no favours at all but some blinkered folk can’t see this and only care about winning or losing. Thank Christ speedway fans from other countries weren’t able to see these meetings today on the internet as we can their meetings. Holes in the tracks, delays, one team in team kevs and the other not.....talk about amateur hour.
Phil The Ace
Speedway is a mess..... Sensational speedway at belle vue, sounds like great racing at Peterborough, decent crowds. Should all be about that. Instead it's all about 2 dodgy tracks served up again. Sums up British speedway. This is why riders dont want to ride here

He is so far up his arse. In Skidders eyes Poole is like the NSS. 1

Musielak could have done without a poor track but crashed out again at Poole. Doyle also had a crash at Poole and also withdraw before the end of tonight match. Ellis certainly vocal about the state of the track at Poole. i haven’t mentioned the state of the Swindon track which from what I believe was poor as well. Does one need to trump the other? Bank holiday speedway and both clubs serving up dross for entertainment if comments are to be be believed. Whilst Swindon were unlucky and Poole lucky with regards results neither can take any plaudits on what both served up when we need to be giving any visiting public on a bank holiday the best entertainment to take away with them. Another own goal for the sport. Swindon is a ‘new track’ and is bound to have track issues till it’s bedded in properly which begs the question ..... what excuse do Poole have?.?

Getting the track right is the most important part of the entertainment.
Speedy swindon pete
Track got better later in the evening and after some further attention, there was even a couple of good races. Still not good enough though. All it boils down to is whether that was worth nearly 20 quid (plus a cuppa and a choccy bar) of my hard earned? Answer is no. Sort it out, please. All the more annoying that the track has shown signs of being good (the first two meetings when it was slicker were much better than the last couple with more dirt on) and it probably cost us a win tonight as a couple of the lads were clearly spooked by the state of the track mid meeting.
