Toady Posted October 7 Report Share Posted October 7 I see that a new planning application has been submitted for the old nursery site directly opposite Brandon Stadium for up to 42 dwellings. They got planning approval to construct a new garden centre in 2015 but as usual it never happened, just happy to sit on it until now. And that is exactly what will happen with Brandon Estates, they simply are not bothered about how long it takes because they know they have an appreciating assett in the land that Brandon Stadium is built on. I reckon it's been about 20 years, the owners retired and no one else took over, a proposed new garden centre never materialised, think there has been one previous planning application for houses until now.
