Normski
Back to the nitty gritty of the Championship Shield with hopefully a nice big win for the home side. With all teams in group now starting to win their home fixtures, that away win at Newcastle could be the one that sways it for us to reach the semi-final stage. Matty Wethers guests for the injured Jye Etheridge, with r/r being used for NBJ on Danish Championship duty. My predictions have not been bad so far this season Berwick to win it 52-38.

Shadders
On tonight’s showing the Bandits should win comfortably, but don’t take anything for granted
Bandits4eva
Taking nowt for granted but haway lads.. finish the job
Uluru
Getting another Aussie in while Jye's mending is good, so Matthew Wethers will do the job for you. Looks like a gotta-win situation for Berwick. All or nothing!
DSC67
Bandits to win by 10 points
topsoil
This has got banana skin written all over it, Ricky Wells flies around Berwick, as did Heeps last year, Andersson and Pickering have both won races at Berwick in the past. I know Sedgeman doesn't like the place, but you can count on him chipping in with a few points and generally an unexpected win at some point. All six Berwick riders will need to be on their game tonight. It would be a big achievement for Berwick to reach the semi final stage and a big boost for the club. Got to win this one first though. As Sarah says in her blog ('The Dirt Extra' on club website) it is very much squeaky-bum time tonight.......
BigRackBandit
Hopefully Pickering is as loose as last night for a bit entertainment
allthegearbutnaeidea
Easy home win, keep the faith, should of won last night if our guest raced to the finish line instead of the start line, we’ll out gate them I’d imagine.
Mr Blobby
Will be pleased if we score 35.
Bandit59
John Campbell piece in last nights programme says he "feels sure Edinburgh will record our biggest number of race winners in any away match this season" We have been warned.
Bandits4eva
It won’t over till it’s over folks. Don’t get complacent. Wells will score a hatful for sure.... Sedgman tends to be very annoying in heat 8 at our place from previous meetings... Pickering is phenomenal to watch and to be fair never gives up... Heeps has blown hot and cold at our place... I’d like to think we can do it easily enough given the fact that everyone can take a ride tonight for NBJ and we should see Dany scoring some points.... fingers crossed! Not that great a meeting, and a comfortable home win which sees Berwick through to the semi finals. Danny Gappmaier must infuriate our team manager, next to useless in our away matches yet can turn in match winning performances like tonight.
