I was due to go on holiday to Italy on Sunday but it’s gone now. Gutted. And have 2 weeks booked 8-22 June in Annecy which is booked and paid for and now unlikely. Could have been worse. The guy I was flying with got a free helicopter ride with broken leg. We hit bad rotor near Lulworth Cove during a longish costal flight along Jurassic coast. As long as your June holiday isn't hang gliding, rock climbing etc, you may well be able to go and enjoy it.

Peterborough would have won that had Tungate been a pro and the ref rerun heat 5. Panthers threw quite a few points away. Didn’t think it was a bad meeting. Just average and the track is better than the old one. Sorry to hear your news, hope you’re feeling more comfortable soon.

There is a slight difference in the spelling of Kurtz it seems . Up North it's Kertz and down South it's Curtz. They are both from Australia but it's a big place you know. It's all in the pronunciation. Edited May 8, 2019 by waytogo28 additional point made 1

waytogo28
They do have very similar hairstyles, which is a little confusing. But that is likely down to DNA factors ( if we are still allowed to say such things ).

Just average and the track is better than the old one. Shows how low the bar is set now when people think last nights meeting was " not bad " .2 exciting laps of speedway in 15 heats , unfortunately the only decent race of the night was curtailed after 2 laps , with 3 passes in 2 laps the referee somehow see's that as a guaranteed 5-1 and calls it as a result. Ridiculous. The numerous full starts and mechanical issues made the league look amateur. Felt sorry for the fans who didn't have the comfort of the remote control beside them. Positive things have been said about the new Swindon track but on a good night for weather and with the TV cameras there it failed to deliver, and I can't think of a valid excuse why. Riders strung out like washing , you could fill your program in after 1 lap with some riders the length of the straight clear. All this thrown in with the commentary from Planet Pearson where everything is always great. Viewers watching this weeks meeting will not be surprised that the sport is struggling.
