Hopefully that won't be the case, after Monday's showing I'm feeling more confident than usual of an Easter double over you pesky Pirates Yes we don't look as strong as we could be at the moment but you never know what might happen, i think you will win at home easily enough. poolebolton
Covatti had engine issues at Pboro. Think they have been fixed. He has 12/12 at the moment at Bham.

May well be, but with the new track it's a bit of a lottery, betting wise for me anyway. On last years track, i'd go 50-40. If all the Robins have had a skid, I would agree. If not, It might well be closer. Rooting for Swindon though.

hyderd
1 question, is the new track just a reshape of the old trackin the old stadium, or a new track awaiting a new stadium to be constructed around it.

It is a reshaping of the old track, which the new stadium is planned to be built around. The old plans, to move the track and stadium to a new position, approximately 45 degrees from the current location was scrapped last year.

I guess if there are any doubts today (assuming the riders practice later today) they call of off early

That would probably be the most concerning part for me.
Baldyman
Only one run,,,, I can see this being another speedway disaster.
bruno
It says Ellis fell on bend 4, is it just bends 1 and 2 that's been altered or all the track
cityrebel
Good luck to those of you going tonight. I think I'll wait a while until a few meetings have been ridden on it.

That’s what caught Adam out.
ZagarRacing
Surely you can’t cancel a meeting because the track is now a different shape, I’m guessing it must be a dirt/shale issue again.
Sings4Speedway
Will be watching the updates carefully on this one. Danger is that any rider(s) who struggle will start to blame the surface anyway. I hope it genuinely goes off without a hitch otherwise it will be the biggest case of i told you since...well that s been covered to death. But if it all goes wrong tonight it could be a massive financial hit for Swindon speedway.
tellboy
Hopefully it's all just mind games and it's already got into the Poole riders heads.Batch is Batch and he probably left something at home so couldn't practice,he's done that before.Ellis fell so what they do occasionally even in practice. So there were no problems with Zach and James the 2 lesser likes you would expect to have trouble if there were problems with the track. Hopefully all goes well tonight and Swindon come out on top
GWC
James Shanes honest appraisal of the track might not be to some of the riders used to flying round on Polish launch pads! Lets hope it’s a success tonight and speedway is the winner.
