Going to be a cracking battle at reserve tonight, according to the Berwick site they are giving this weekends team line ups that sees NB Jacobsen and Jye Etheridge at reserve for Berwick while Newcastle have Mathew Wethers and Lasse Bjerre. Is is asking to much to put the teams in their one to seven.

Weekend team line-ups

Berwick: Aaron Summers, Kevin Doolan (captain), Leon Flint, Dany Gappmaier, Coty Garcia, Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen, Jye Etheridge

Newcastle: Steve Worrall (captain), Danny Phillips, Thomas Jorgensen, Simon Lambert, Max Clegg, Lasse Bjerre, Matthew Wethers

That trick has been tried at many tracks over the last couple of years to try and persuade people to spend money on a programme with the correct riding order, rather than supporters creating their own programme. A bit behind the times with their marketing methods.

I must be missing something.

At the top of the page in the Tale of the Shale it has Garcia, Flint, Clegg and Phillips as the reserves?

The same line-ups at the bottom of the page are listed on the Newcastle site. Teams could possibly be in a different order over the two meetings?

Lowest 2 in averages have to be at reserve though.

Now that this thread has stumbled onto BSF, as long as there are no call offs the teams  look to be lining up as follows.

Berwick

1 Aaron Summers

2 Kevin Doolan

3 Danny Gappmaier

4 Jye Etheridge

5 NB Jacobsen

6 Coty Garcia

7 Leon Flint

Newcastle

1 Steve Worrall

2 Simon Lambert

3 Lasse Bjerre

4 Mathew Wethers

5 Thomas Jorgensen

6 Danny Phillips

7 Max Clegg

Our local loon seems to think the track covers will be required, maybe under his rock, but the forecast looks reasonable right through to Saturday night.

This is the correct line-up except Max is at 6 and Danny is at 7 for Newcastle

Is it really that much of a hardship? The lineups are announced during the parade and the riders announced before every heat. It's not like they are keeping anybody in the dark.

They’re doing exactly that? They know the line ups 48/72hours in advance, Speedway GB have posted them on twitter if anyone is still looking.
