Most interesting thing there is the omission of T Balfe construction in the team listing on bottom right.

T Balfe Construction are proud to sponsor Peterborough Panthers who are a British Speedway Team. In 2019 they will be in the premier league and we look forward to supporting them.

After discussions with whoever then the text could be as out of date as the picture but thanks anyway.

To many letters and spaces in the full name so computer says no.

Unless of course those up North who shorten Peterborough to Pbora that is.

Could have put TBC - that'd get it's own thread and 20 pages ;)

Pretty sure Danny King was one.Remember watching him practising at Lynn just before he won the British Final and someone telling me he is a Lynn asset, due to when Buster took on Mildenhall.

Jari Makinen was the Finnish rider. There was some absolute dud Poles in Truminski and Mroz too.

Not 100% certain but Danny was Ipswich asset, sold to Peterborough, then Birmingham.  When Birmingham shut after leaving el and closing, then I think Danny became kl asset:unsure:
