Had to laugh at the idea of Nicky Mallett as a suggestion for favourite Welsh rider. Would he ever come in a list of favourite anything? As his parents were Australian his birth most likely would have been registered at the Australian Embassy which would thus have determined his nationality. He had no nationality links to the UK. Wimbledon who were in the same league at this time had an Australian and New Zealander in their teams over their CL seasons. Guest Posted February 4, 2019 Report Share Posted February 4, 2019 (edited) Thanks to an old BSF favourite Parsloes 1928 Nearly, he has emailed me that the New Zealander with Wimbledon was Andrew Bargh and the Australian who rode for the Dons was Joel Parsons.
