Lots of Friday's - that will not go down well in certain quarters!

4 Fridays, 4  Saturdays. They will just have to live with it. Redcar the only new Friday team & it was run on a Friday or they would not have run at all after Thursday was taken away from them.

If they are the newcomers to Friday, Redcar will have to move off-night to visit the other Friday-nighters, and also to host these clubs when they come to Redcar off-night.        What are the alternative dates?

Sunday has been mentioned, as a possible off night. In truth though, Redcar is available to race, any night / afternoon. It is also, a case that all the Friday teams, will not have a home fixture, every week. So they could take  on other Friday clubs, on that clubs free week. I know it won't be that simple in practice.

There is more than enough dates available for teams to race on their chosen race night with the away team visiting when they have no home fixtures. Gone are the days of teams racing at home every week.
