Given Bewleys average would now be a conversion of his Premiership figure and multiplied by 1.5 I cant see him in the Championship any time soon

He has an established  MA from last years championship, which would apply, conversion only comes into play if the rider does not have an established  MA for the championship

If he didnt start the season it no longer counts and the conversion is used

As per Cook Jensen and others this season the other way

I see, i am not one for averages, I thought possibly as he was named for workington it may have applied but they never turned a wheel so makes sense that the conversion comes into play. He is way to high to fit in  with the conversion.

By way of averages, the word "recent" is used meaning if a rider is only riding in 1 league & not both then that average is used with the conversion factor of 1.5.

What Bellevue millionaires now?, that was the only british team he agreed to sign for el nougat'.

I could have went in all guns blazing for your stupidity , that would in all likelihood have put your therapy back a few months.

Only after he gets a team place, then it is reduced similar to Kennett & Ellis

How long, or when does it revert back to their 'rolling average' ?

1st of the following month with all other rolling average recalculations
