So you think the club should suffer as well as the alleged culprit.........aye right!!

End of the day had he just done his ban with no appeal, it would have been done and dusted and subject would be closed. To be honest if Berwick were not still in with a chance of playoffs, you could have Doyle  guesting and it wouldn't bother me :D:D

Right of appeal everyone is entitled to it.

He must think it is justified or he would as you say accept his ban.

Well would ‘justified’  just be wanting the ban to be at a different time, aka now before Glasgow play offs instead of when he had it? It does make sense from his point of view and it is fair enough, although it should probably be extended if there was no ‘new evidence’ on the contrary

Who knows do you ?.

He might win his appeal then again he might not , he must feel it is worth the risk.

For the benefit of Kings lynn and Glasgow not the actual sport.

Is it a coincidence  that the appeal is being heard now that KL's season is effectively over?
I'd really like to know who was behind the appeal as Glasgow could be the real losers in this situation going into the play-offs possibly without their No1?

Hope he gets a 28 day ban and Glasgow get knocked out of the play offs so he can’t get any more meetings in once he comes back, nothing against Glasgow at all, just him

And here's Glasgow doing you a favour and running a double header to give you a chance of making the play-offs before the cut-off

A favour??? They get fined if they havn’t ran all of their home meetings before the cut off and said themselves last year that no one should be allowed to qualify for the playoffs if they havn’t completed all of their matches haha

Some size of chip on your shoulder.

And yes a favour we could have easily waited until after the cut off date.

Nay chip on my shoulder, I just trust that Glasgow arn’t that sort of team, we had already turned down 2 dates and this was the 3rd, running after the cut off was never an option for Glasgow... As the cut off is set for a reason and has already been extended to fit in 10 home matches which is a shambles for all concerned

No they don't get fined if we don't complete before the cut off.

Fined if you don't complete by the season end which is usually 31st October.

Doesn't matter now seeing as you failed to get the 4 point win required tonight.

On Wednesday 11th September a SCB Court of Appeal was convened at the ACU Offices in Rugby.

This related to an appeal brought by Craig Cook against a 12 day suspension imposed following events that took place at Eastbourne on the 3rd August 2019.

After considering all the information from all parties, the 12 day suspension was recinded and replaced with a financial penalty.

Wonder if we should see if they'll do a collection at Eastbourne on Saturday to help pay his fine....

I reckon we should do a collection on Saturday to pay his fine.

That should burst a fair few blood vessels.
