Normski
If a guest facility is there it's not a punishment. If they ban him should be a NL rider as a guest. 4 1

So you think the club should suffer as well as the alleged culprit.........aye right!!

End of the day had he just done his ban with no appeal, it would have been done and dusted and subject would be closed. To be honest if Berwick were not still in with a chance of playoffs, you could have Doyle guesting and it wouldn't bother me

He must think it is justified or he would as you say accept his ban.

Well would ‘justified’ just be wanting the ban to be at a different time, aka now before Glasgow play offs instead of when he had it? It does make sense from his point of view and it is fair enough, although it should probably be extended if there was no ‘new evidence’ on the contrary

He might win his appeal then again he might not , he must feel it is worth the risk.

Is it a coincidence that the appeal is being heard now that KL's season is effectively over? I'd really like to know who was behind the appeal as Glasgow could be the real losers in this situation going into the play-offs possibly without their No1? They get fined if they havn’t ran all of their home meetings before the cut off and said themselves last year that no one should be allowed to qualify for the playoffs if they havn’t completed all of their matches haha

Nay chip on my shoulder, I just trust that Glasgow arn’t that sort of team, we had already turned down 2 dates and this was the 3rd, running after the cut off was never an option for Glasgow... As the cut off is set for a reason and has already been extended to fit in 10 home matches which is a shambles for all concerned

Fined if you don't complete by the season end which is usually 31st October. Doesn't matter now seeing as you failed to get the 4 point win required tonight. Solidmango
On Wednesday 11th September a SCB Court of Appeal was convened at the ACU Offices in Rugby. This related to an appeal brought by Craig Cook against a 12 day suspension imposed following events that took place at Eastbourne on the 3rd August 2019.After considering all the information from all parties, the 12 day suspension was recinded and replaced with a financial penalty.
