tellboy Posted October 10, 2018 Report Share Posted October 10, 2018 (edited) Got to get the ball rolling early to take my mind off our defeat in the play-off final So Somerset and Kings' Lynn both have injury problems ahead of the final. BWD and Summers are injury doubts and Holder is definitely out for Somerset. For King's Lynn MPT season is finished but could NKI be back next week. We have had decent results at Somerset in the past,but the last one was a shocker for us.I'm hoping Lynn bring in C.Wright for MPT he goes quite well around there i believe.I hope that wouldn't upset anyone. Three riders down is too much , BWD and Jack are big misses , and Summers was showing good form when he got injured. I did hear at the track that he would be riding next week.But SS and his reliable source said Ellis was riding,i should have learnt by now not to take any notice of him.Will be nice to have nearly a full team for the KO Cup,although missing MPT is a hammer blow to the team as proved last night he is pretty irreplaceable at the moment. Bagpuss Posted October 12, 2018 Report Share Posted October 12, 2018 Really hope this isn’t another final decided by injuries and guests, it’s a pity the cup can’t be ridden and decided early in the season so it’s separate from the Play Offs.
