Sincere congratulations to KIngs Lynn who have  probably their best season ever.A little unlucky in the end with some weird refereeing decisions

Pleased to be Champions again.

Congratulations to Poole 2018  ... possibly the most undeserving side to lift the  "Play off"  Grand Final in recent memory.

Two "racing incidents"  that injured key Somerset and KingsLynn riders ... coupled with an appalling refereeing decision got Poole through the fianl stages of the P Offs.  Rule manipulation over the use of guests as always with everything Poole Speedway do in the Elite League.

Maybe "Misery" Middleditch will crack a smile now he has won ??????????????

All change for 2019 ......  will  British  Speedway survive ????

Commiserations to the Stars with the injuries playing their part In them missing out.

Well done too the Pirates. To all the Poole haters on the forum.thanks for all the bile and nasty comments.

You are not speedway fans.

Congratulations to Poole and commiserations to King's Lynn. In the end the injuries were too much to overcome for KL with the guests failing to match the likely scores of the riders they replaced. Morris was more than adequate cover for Kurtz but Poole did what was needed and came out on top.

The racing in both legs was poor, it's a shame that the final couldn't provide a better advert for the sport.

Not really the best climate to sell a speedway club though if you want to gain the maximum for your business.

I can’t believe anybody would buy a speedway club in the current climate, even Poole

Well done to Poole Pirates on winning the weakest top division  title ever. The quality of the speedway in the Grand Final shows why British speedway is on its knees, the product is awful. Good luck to Matt Ford trying to sell Poole on the back of that, no wonder he can't wait to get out before his business is worth nothing.
