That caused all this carnage. Yet Poole are blamed? Joke!

Everybody involved in this debacle is to blame. The rules should be adhered to and could have been on this occasion in a way that would not have made UK speedway a laughing stock. It doesn't matter who put the proposal forward, someone involved should have had sufficient sense to see that it was bringing the sport into disrepute and made clear that it was unnecessary because the problem could be resolved within the existing rules.

The point is KL made the move, we accepted it and now we are the bad guys again. If we had Ellis for both legs or r/r nobody could have moaned about the averages being wrong.

And that is the point - the averages are wrong!

King's Lynn booking Ellis at Poole was a legal move was it not?

Yes and Poole booking Ellis for Kings Lynn was legal too, Kings Lynn wanted to gain an advantage by having Ellis at Kings Lynn because he is very good there so made us agree to it, now it's our fault for being stupid enough to agree to it.

At least it's stopped people talking about the mainly gate and go racing.

All those involved bear a share of the blame, not just Poole.

So now Lynn held a gun to Fords head to make him agree:blink:.If Ford didn't want it he wouldn't agree, end of.Ford will only do what benefits Poole we have come to learn this over the years.

No - what you have written is fine.  However, the thing that is wrong is the use of Nick Morris at KL - surely you see that?

How did Lynn start the crap by naming a legal guest.

Gavan

I'll take that:t:

As Poole now have an extra 5% for Kurtz away from home, surely a new rule could now be made up for Lynn to have an extra 5% for our reserve Toft:Dor would that be pushing to far. That would allow Lynn to use Wells then, who's been in pretty good form.Actually i think that is fair,if an away team can use an extra 5% then surely the home team should.

Oh did Poole suggest you keep Ellis then? No thought not. I seriously hope we never help out KL ever again!!

In 1999? haha! Poor from you Bagpuss, you are better than the hating crap banded about!

Probably not that early but soon after :D

I don’t hate your club but I hate Ford. The stuff he had been allowed to get away with over the years has done irreparable damage to British speedway and even if he does Foxtrot Oscar in the winter (please God) it’s probably too late for the sport.

And of course the thing we are all forgetting is that the owner of KL and, the chairman of the BSPA has been left out of this blame game but, is clearly happy with all that has gone on or would have used his power to have called a halt to proceedings!!

As per usual there are 2 or 3 Poole fans who can see no wrong with Poole at anytime in their existence.Just except both do have a part to play in this debacle.I can't really remember Ford ever helping any club, only himself. He is not the messiah you know, again only in a few peoples eyes.

Say the same about Buster atm, he is starting to drag the sport down with his empty/false promises.
