It says he is taking a break in the press release so surely if that's the case then for Ipswich to get a facility he will need to be banned for 28 days which will include Belle Vue matches as well. While I agree with you, according to Belle Vue they were informed by Ipswich that Mark was stepping down. This is classed as withholding his services which enables both teams to have a facility thus strengthening up at a vital time of the season. As Danny wants to ride for Scunthorpe we could not bring in untried 2 pointers that MIGHT have scored a few points whereas Ipswich & Belle Vue can bring in riders that are on low averages but hitting a bit of form that SHOULD strengthen them. This week it said Ben Barker was riding for Workington against Peterborough, but when I watched the meeting he was riding for Peterborough against Workington!
