Icicle
From what I can gather Kononov may have broke/fractured leg but also sadly his father killed in car crash...not 100% definite but.....
DutchGrasstrack
This is confirmed now sadly. Igor broke his ankle and will need an operation to fix it. His dad died on the spot. Other riders (Solyannikov) quickly arrived to help on the scene. It all happened in a split second with limited visibility, and an overtaking car. So sad

Conkers
This is terrible news. The loss of his Father in such tragic circumstances will be hard for him. I just hope Igor isn't too badly hurt.

Start time for Saturday is Noon for UK viewers and there is usually a link on Jesper's live updates page. Alternatively, look on MegaLada's YouTube Channel and it should be on there. Ivanov was incredible, winning all his heats and looking like the Ivanov of old, and leads the standings going into the final rounds tomorrow. The Stream was a bit dodgy today, dropping in and out and the other stream kept freezing for me. However its all to play for in the morning. Looks like another early start! I believe Koltakov as defending World Champion is seeded to the series, then its the top 5 from each round, then 4 permanent wild cards, and then the wild card for each round
