There wasn't a more tenacious rider than a teenage Andy Smith. Maybe you could use it with regards to his gating, which did improve over time (could hardly have got worse, he followed the footsteps of collins and mort in that regard!) Still think it is one of the last terms i would use to describe Andy Smith, and really dont see the similarities between his and Jack's careers so far? Hugely under rated rider who i think many mock due to his gp record, but he qualified on merit every year. 5th and 7th in two world finals 3x British Champion in a row against such takent as Havvy, Dugard, Screen , Loram , Louis, Tatum, Doncaster was no mean feat. Cant see how Jack Smith will even come close to a career like that but wish him well
ouch
Confidence thing with Jack, everything else is there. Riders and fans alike say how races are won and lost in the mind. I’m not sure it the new UK set up have got hold of him yet but it would be interesting to see if they could help turn things round.

Supporters who purchased tickets at the stadium will be able to use their re-entry vouchers to obtain a discount of £6.00 for either the King's Lynn meeting on Monday 10th September or any other Speedway meeting held at the Abbey Stadium in 2018. Adults tickets will cost £11.00 and concessions £8.00, children (11-16) will cost £3.00. Season ticket holders will be able to use their re-entry tickets to obtain free re-entry for either the King's Lynn meeting on Monday 10th September or any other Speedway meeting held at the Abbey stadium in 2018. People who purchased tickets online have two options: Option 1 - bring your receipt from Thursday’s meeting and pay the reduced rates shown above on the gate. Option 2 - Receive a refund of £6.00 from their ticket purchase. Persons choosing option 2 should email this preference to -email-. Anyone who cannot attend in 2018 can receive a refund by sending their re-admission tickets and a SAE to Swindon Robins, Abbey Stadium, Lady Lane, Blunsdon SN25 4DN That's shocking how can they charge more than 50% admission for only 6 heats which is clearly less than half a meeting. The fans got less than £7.00 of action so they are owed at least £10.00 so it should be £7.00 for adults to go back in. The rules stink. If a meeting is abandoned before heat 10, you should get in to the restaging or another meeting for £1 per race staged. So, if only one heat, then admission is £1, if 9, then £9, so, as abandoned after 6 heats then admission should be £6. There is no logic to offering £6 discount as that would mean, the more heats run the greater the amount of money off.
