Copied and Pasted off Newcastle website:

The 2019 Newcastle Diamond's Press and Practice session will be on Sunday March 24th!

The day's running order follows the lines of:

Times approximate....

11.00am press photographs and TV interviews

12noon on track practice

4.30pm Downstairs bar for a "Meet the riders" session for around two hours.

The snack bar and bar will be open for business across the afternoon...times to be confirmed.

The track shop will also be open also selling tea and coffee.

The event is free entry, but there will be a request to donate to the Great North Air Ambulance if you'd like to do so.

Wonder if Steve Worrall and Simon Lambert will be there as both had already signed up for Sheffield’s Anniversary meeting on the same afternoon before signing for Newcastle

I agree with most of your line up... But I would swap Wethers and Lambert around... Clegg at 7 is important imo...

Wethers will be a lot better of a number 2 than Lambert will be... But they'll both be average number 4s

Think Max Clegg will be your key rider this year and end up in the main body pretty quick  and Simon lambert will drop to reserve so you will always have a strong reserve and Danny will score his average most meeting home and away and think the 2 reserves  will swap between the 6/7 pending who they are against

History of Speedway at Brough Park, Newcastle 1929-2018 is a 447 page A4 sized book that I have compiled which includes heat details from all Newcastle home and away main meetings that were available at the time of printing. Also includes seasonal league tables, riders' averages and statistical appendices. It is NOT a picture book and only the front and back covers are illustrated. Available now for £22.50 costing £18 plus £4.50 postage and packing within the United Kingdom. Payment by PayPal and any enquiries please to joewake55@gmail.com
