SomersetBlue
Somerset can go top with a win tomorrow against BV. The Aces will be desperate for an away win against Somerset and Swindon. I think it will be easy for Somerset though 53-
A ORLOV
It is unlikely the Aces will get an away win at either.
Ghosty
Should be a good meeting as both teams have home "RACE TRACKS" Belle Vue's performance will depend on which Cook & Tungate turn up! both can be awful or brilliant. It will be worth the visit to see Great Britain's future number 1 Dan Bewley.
ouch
If we gate we’ll win, if we don’t we won’t. Giving the B fixture a miss.

You won't pick up any points then, if you get thrashed by Leicester who are bottom at the moment, what chance do you have against a top team.
Rob B
Belle Vue win at Somerset! What a difference couple of days make and a decent track!
Bagpuss
Great bouncebackability from the Aces, fair play.
Steve Shovlar
Well done Belle Vue! What a turnaround from Monday! Thank you very much from this Pirate fan. We remain top if the league for another 24 hours!

Steve Shovlar
That’s given a few fans from Swindon and Lynn a squeaky bum tonight!

Nope - probably certain Poole fans with squeaky bums with the amount of sh!te they write Now - if BV do the same tomorrow then I would agree with you! Not really.....if we can't get enough points out of two home matches against each of Wolves and Leicester (plus a trip to Leicester) or can't get those home meetings on then we only have ourselves to blame and wouldn't deserve to be in the Play Offs. WestGorton1884
I think the play off places are more or less settled , which makes BVs run of form prior to tonight even more frustrating Still maintain not replacing S Worrall for the remainder of the season as cost the Aces
Danny Connor
Didn’t see that 1 coming. Was it a good meeting for the neutral?

Was a cracking meeting after a slow start, 2 great races between Doyle & Cook and several other good ones, Belle Vue fully deserved their win, shame they left it so late bringing in Berge. oldtimer
First visit to Oak Tree in about 3 years, surprised by the large crowd, much bigger than I remember when used to attend every week, obviously the cost has not put people off. Track looked great, and improvements in the music, louder, you could actually hear it, and a better choice of tunes, no long interval after heat 12, and only a few track grades. Not the best meeting I have seen but the Doyle, Cook clashes were out of the top drawer. Belle Vue deserved to win having most of the heat wins and if Cook had not touched the tapes and Bewley new how to gate they would have won easier.

Steve Shovlar
Having read that, hopefully the racing is as good on Monday with BT there. Nearly every time I have been there the racing has been mediocre. Edited August 15, 2018 by Steve Shovlar
foreverblue
Well really shocking result i don't know how you lose at the bottom club and win at a top club but that's the beauty of speedway.
