A lot will depend on which HeepsĀ  turns up , the one we know he's capable of or the one that so far this season has been a bitter disappointment for Ipswich fans and with two iffy reserves they could be looking at 4 men carrying the team also a lot will depend on Ben Barker putting in a solid performance which is long overdue . Which ever way it goes I hope we are in for an entertaining meetingĀ  and a safe passage home for all riders with no injuries involved.

As you said ..heeps has been disappointing this season, .and i don't see that changing today, even though it is on what could be classed as his best track.

Definition of visiting sides these days.

Excellent and very welcome two away points. Just a single point from any sort of competent reserve and it would have been more. Still scratching my head at their decision but hey ho thatā€™s Ā another less fixture he has to fulfil.Ā

Riss has made a major difference to the upturn in our form. On the face of it not a huge score today, but vital points that Iā€™m not sure either of the previous two youngsters that occupied the position, would have managed.Ā

From a position of looking unlikely at best for a play off place, weā€™ve now given ourselves a good opportunity.Ā

Nicholls pushing for a place at ippo next season?Ā

I would swap him for King , Any NO;1 who takes 5 rides to score 7 on his own trackĀ  is not worth another season at the showgroundĀ  IMO.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  I must say it was an excellent meeting and neither side deserved to lose and as I mentioned in a previous post a lot would depend on which Heeps turned up and he certainly made the difference.

I will just be happy for Danny to be able to ride for anyone - even Peterborough

Big plus, hence top scorer, Nico allowed to finish meeting without being fenced:rolleyes:

Delay to start as people still trying to get in...Ā  open another turnstile then!Ā

What turnstiles?Ā Ā

It was a car-park issue; nothing to do with entrances ("turnstiles" or otherwise).Ā  And that, in turn, was a Showground thing and nothingĀ to do with Panthers.Ā

Same old, same old.......grab any stick that floats by and give Panthers a little whack, eh?Ā Ā :rolleyes:Ā

hang on a minute were you at the same meeting as me I thought the meeting was garbageĀ  how many genuine Ā passes were there , scoreline made the meeting look betterĀ  than it was , how was nicholls suppose to overtake anybodyĀ  when everytime he tried something different to the leader he went backwards ,

It would be nice to have a NO1 who can gate and not have to rely on coming from the back in every raceĀ  , he's experienced enough to understand track conditions and how difficult it can be to have to come from the back butĀ  seems to get caught in the same trap every time .

Have to agree with you. No dirt on the track so anyone who tried the outside went further back. Apart from the odd heat, then it was first out of the gate. Definitely Heeps was their match winner after getting so much stick.

We always struggle at home when the track is a dustbowl..can't understand why they didn't water before heat 15 when u got our boys off 2 and 4. Scotty was busting a gut but there was nothing there. A little but worrying heading towards the play offs. Good to see Lunna mucking in in the pits.

everything is Ā about opinionsĀ  , the track was that slick and 5hitĀ  ,evenĀ  top class riders would have struggled to pass on that track if they missed gate
