And what rules have been broken ?

None yet and none if Josh rides at Leicester

None if he rides in Poland and a no facility guest is used

None if he rides in Poland and a full facilty is used but Josh is given a 28 day ban

Only if he rides in Poland Poole use a full facility and no further action is taken are any rules broken

But then if that was the case Poole would have been granted a facility by the MC, so again no rule broken.

How was yesterdays meeting at Leicester?

Very sensibly called off due to heavy rain overnight on Saturday and a bad weather forecast for Sunday. Incidentally this proved to be very accurate as it chucked it down from about 4pm onwards.

It's within the rules, tactics are just that, fine by me. Sergeant may receive a 7 day injury suspension though so hope it would be worth while for him.

Just like the Swindon fella did last week !!

The granting of said facility would be the breaking of the rules

Going back to my previous example of a team wanting to track a team totalling 42.51 - if the MC were to sanction it would you regard that as not breaking the rules?

How about a double change using the combined average of the 2 riders rather than coming back under the limit. Thats not within the rules but hey lets just get the MC to sanction it..... problem solved

If he is riding on a Polish licence as a Polish rider then he CAN miss the Leicester match to ride in his home nation even though it's a rearranged fixture.

However his name being down in the Lodz team appears to be for the RR facility to be used although not stated in any press from Poland. Therefore I would presume he isn't on a Polish licence and Britain is his home league and rides at Leicester tonight.

Either way way it's a gate and go fixture and of the three meetings on tonight, the best one to put on TV would be Swindon v Wolves rather than Somerset at Kings Lynn without Doyle.
