That will depend on whether he was actually advertised to ride (as Holder was last year right up to the friday before the meeting). Was Wells ever declared to ride by Edinburgh? shazza13
I never saw or heard Ricky's name mentioned in any line up for the fours... just like Rene or Nickolai were never listed in Workingtons line up for the same reasons... Poland took precedence.

NickH114
What a class act Erik Riss was yesterday, and has been all this season, he can ride all tracks, very surprised he's not riding in the premier league.

NickH114
Maybe concentrating on Speedway instead of Long Track has helped with his progress.

Normski
Nice short trip for the Berwick bus lol. Not easy to control the dust in such a heat but there was no lack of effort in trying to. £2-50 for a can of Stella no complaints from the Berwick fans haha for all the people that questioned why Redcar got the meeting the answer was there yesterday. Well done to all involved proper speedway how it used to be when you go home with a black face and you have had a great day.

BSPA coffers will be suffering. Time to get your hearing tested then. It was probably Redcar's second biggest gate ever after the fantastic crowd on their opening night. Mad Max
Well Done to all at Redcar - what a superb event, without doubt the best organised fours in recent years! Even with the difficulties caused by scorching sun and a drying wind the track produced it's usual top class racing - full marks to the track staff who were fighting the dust all day (and mostly winning). Note to other promotions - fans are happy to watch tractors going round when they know it is only going to enhance their enjoyment, both from a racing and comfort aspect, which is exactly what happened on Sunday, everyone could see the time taken was making necessary improvements and accepted it! No doubt the Scottish fans were delighted to get home at a reasonable time this year, highlighting the benefits of having the event more central (for the Championship) If Redcar want the event next year they have my vote!
