Steve Shovlar
We just scrapped by Rye last week but Wolves are a stronger outfit. Hopefully the last time we run this side as Holder will hopefully be in the redeclared lineup. The track last week bore the brunt of heavy rain from mid morning until mid afternoon. Fingers crossed it’s a dry day. It’s going to be close imo with 4 points either way. Thoughts?
Steve0
I agree 4 league points to Wolves -
Aces51
Wolves average away score from their 2 league and one cup meeting is 38-52. So far this year they are poor travellers. You really are in trouble if you can't win with ease but of course there may be other reasons for keeping it close.

Surely you're not implying average manipulation? Noooooo, never happen How very dare youuuuu.
ray c
More comfortable win here than against rye house I think hopefully Brady will be back to his best .the rest of the team should back him up and we will be ok imo

I was thinking more of the lack of consistency and poor form but I am expecting a stronger performance now they have the benefit of Stefan Nielsen to advise on set ups and lead from the front. 1
SteveLyric2
I'm expecting a very tough meeting for the Pirates. Expect the track to be different - again!! - Its been different for every single home meeting so far! Thorsell finally sussed out the track last year and with Schlein, Masters and Howarth all liking the Wimborne Road circuit, I can see a narrow win for the Wolves unless ALL 7 Pirates have finally found their set-ups and gating gloves!
Mattfordfan
Should be the easiest match we will have all season. Wolves have a couple of problems as well. Heeps - Out of form Greaves - Out of his depth Poole to win by 10-12 points.

Cant see how you can say Masters likes it, 5,6,8,6 in his last 4 visits. Howarth coming back from injury but Schlien is in great form

Rye House had 3 track specialists last week and although Rory is flying cant really say Wolves have any. Heeps , Greaves and Morris will do well to trouble the scorers. Thorssell is hit and miss, Howarth coming back from injury and Masters doesnt go well there. Wolves have a 4 man team.............Pooles reserves should outscore their counterparts fairly comfortably. I think Poole will win this by at least

stevebrum
Wolves had 2 away league meetings and taken a point from 1 so far and embarrassed in a Cup meeting. Rory seems in great form everywhere and Morris is proving a trump card at reserve. Jacob has done a decent job at number 1 away in those league matches. Form and fitness for the rest is a worry. Instinct says 50-

Beowulf
Easy home win :- 1 We are not riding that well away 2 Poole is not a good track for us. Unlike jokers like Shovlar, I can be realistic.
g13webb
Probably, Freddie is not missed at Monmore but away, he is a massive loss . Though Rory's going great everywhere, the rest need to step up a bit . Even if Thorsell and Masters score well, I still believe they will come up short and go home empty handed...
Bald Bloke
I think this is Poole's last meeting before the new averages come into force ? I expect a narrow home win. Unless Matt has had his calculator out and any changes he might have in mind would fit with room to spare.. Who knows, but as long as the rain stays away, it should be a good meeting for the fans. Its the 4th Home meeting of the 4H/4A qualification even including Worrall whose done 8 meetings for us - 7 in 2017 and 1 this year - but only 3H and 5A.

Does not the 4H & 4A now only relate to riders that did not have a 2017 average, as the BSPA are using the rolling averages for GSA's.

Yes,pretty sure that's how it works now. That's why several riders have different averages now to what they had at the start of the season. SteveZodiac
Hello, can someone please advise if the roadworks that were taking place outside the stadium have now been completed? Thanks,
