Recommended Posts

One of the biggest meetings for the Premiership this season. Looking forward to an great encounter, hoping the Wolves riders can win tonight.

Is there anyone going to this meeting who would be able to text updates to the Updates site please? If so, could you please send me a private message which includes your mobile number.

Thanks

Is there anybody going to this meeting? Can't believe we've got to this time before anybody's mentioned it.

Total embarrassment for those of us that care about U.K. Speedway - the in-form rider of the moment Robert Lambert misses this meant to be prestigious event.

Is there no one in U.K. speedway capable of fixture planning?

Apparently riding in the Danish league which takes priority, it takes something beginning with P but priority isn't it !!!!

Working out well, isn't it? This British Speedway riding on a Wednesday thing.

Lambert must ride in Denmark if he is contracted to a Danish team and it is an  official fixture. It will just mean that at Poole tonight the runners up will move one place higher.

Absolutely nonsense. If tonight was a GP, GP qualifier (practice) etc I'd understand him being missing, or if it was Iversen it's understandable.

No way should a British rider's priority be a Danish league fixture over a British Individual "official" fixture.

2 meetings running Robert Lambert as let the King's Lynn Stars down.

Maybe his contract with Denmark was signed when it was declared that GB Speedway would be Monday & Thursday?

He rides for King's Lynn, our home meetings are Wednesday.

Denmark should not be priority over a British fixture for a British rider.

But it seems they are, so be it, we still have two good reps for any fan who has travelled 6 hrs down to Poole!

I disagree, I believe Lambert was our only rider with a realistic chance of winning this or at least making the podium.

Iversen's form is very ropey, Proctor has been good but making the top 3 tonight isn't realistic
