I would be a lot more optimistic if we got a dry afternoon tomorrow, but atm the forcast for Weds is good. Our track does dry out quick once you can get on it, and turn it over, but to start with on Weds that will be Glyns problem, so long as it stays dry weds there is a good chance. Bleeds Pirate Blue
Just now, Steve Shovlar said: Worralls previous meetings at Poole. 2017. Steve Worrall - 1, 3, T/R-6, 3, 2, 1 = 16Steve Worrall - 0, 2*, 2, 0 = 4+1 2016 Steve Worrall - 1*, 2, 3,0 = 6+1 At reserve. 7. Steve Worrall - 1, 3, 2, 3, 3, 0 = 12 2015 At reserve. 6. Steve Worrall - 1 , 1 , 0 , 1' = 3+1 At reserve. 6. Steve Worrall - 2, 1*,1, 1.= 5+1 At reserve. 6. Steve Worrall - 2, 1, 1, 3, 0 = 7 That gives him an average of 6.54 at Wimborne Road. Think its pretty safe to say Gavan is talking out of his jacksee. I literally just did the exact same thing Steve!!! You did miss (there was a page 2!): 05/04/17 - Steve Worrall 3 1* 3 1* = 8+2 (4) But your point remains about how much the team will miss him... The answer is, he is far from a certainty for double-figure at Wimborne Road.

And his best score was against the poorest Poole team in years. Think its pretty safe to say Gavan is talking out of his jacksee. 3 good scores from 8 outings, good average that... If Lawson gets 7, imo he's done well. Edited April 9, 2018 by Starman2006

Gavan
So we are now taking his scores from 2015 when he was a reserve and is now a vastly improved rider. The facts are plain and simple and just for the people that are totally missing the point: R/R FOR STEVE WORRALL WOULD MAKE BELLE VUE WEAKER!!! As Lawson scored highly in his last meeting at Poole (the same as Worrall) your logic says Belle Vue are just as strong. Bleeds Pirate Blue
@Steve Shovlar FWIW, I made his CMA based on the eight listed matches, 6.92 (counting his tac-sub win as a straight 3pts). 64 total points from 37 rides. If the tac sub does count as a 6, it's 7.

If you honestly think that r/r would have made Belle Vue stronger than im afraid you have very limited knowledge. You do the same every season........go on and on about how good Poole are pre season........as soon as they have a match the opposition are always somehow strengthened in your very weird opinion Poole to win this at a canter by at least 10 maybe up to

Steve Shovlar
Gavan, Worrall averages 6.5. R/R would have covered that no problem. That’s his average at Poole. No point arguing with me the stats prove it.

Wonder why everyone has a pop at him lol are we all wrong? And hell yes i will use statistics surely thats what we can base predictions on is it not?? Would you pick a rider that got 16 last time or a rider who got 5?? Im not saying that Steve would have got 16 but he certainly has the form in the book to go very well at Poole. Maybe when predicting a meeting we should ignore a riders past performances at tracks then? As ive just said Lawson is a good replacement based on his last visit .....................oh damn maybe i shouldnt have done that and used his past Poole record as a guide to wether he may score 10 or 4. 2 hours ago, Gavan said: What on earth are you wittering on about lol Shovlar is a wind up merchant and a troll, if thats how he gets his kicks then so be it. Sidney the robin
1 hour ago, Steve Shovlar said: I mean, really it’s all farcical. What Worrall scored last year means nothing. How many times has a guest been booked because the last time they rode at a particular track they got a good score? Be suprised if Lawson repeats last years score. Worrall started the season in good form but we know he will likely end up with a 6. Something average. Worrall last year was our best rider in the WTC final he mixed it very well when others were well off the pace . A six point average right he would of put at least a point on last years average no problem now that has been dented because of the injury he got at Scunny the other night. Now he will do well to get back in action within 3 months the comments you made about Steve shows you odviously no nothing about Worrall's ability.
