thetiger2799
Do any of the Workie locals know any campsites in or near the Workington area? I can only find Gale Brow campsite but you need to be a member of the camping and caravan association to stay there. Going to try and combine going to away meetings with some camping this season, so any help would be appreciated. Its 50-50 regarding this weekend (will check weather) but definitely for the league meeting.

Stainlesssteelride
10 point plus away win, but maybe worky could get a result if they feed Glasgow with a manky cup of tea and uncooked burger. 2

This is what is wrong with this sport'season not even started and we don't know who is riding where, surely the Tigers website should say if Harris is not avialable on Sat, so we assume he will be at Workington.Or will he!!!!! Fan's always the last to know obviously the team must be known as we have to submit our line up to Workington. Thing is this could have a real impact on gate reciepts on the Workington promotion through no fault of there own. Do people really want to travel 3 hours and spend the guts of £100 to watch a NL guest riding as a heat leader if Harris is indeed riding in Poland. This hasn't been confirmed he will not be there yet so team line ups once published should confirm. Edited April 5, 2018 by Gazc

jenga
afternoon , just read the wee bit that sarj wrote on the Glasgow website .yea , you are correct. the track was really poor last season when you were here , as were all the other track you rode on last year ! i cant see you getting any boo,s @ workington . you aint even worth them . but , i hope you have a superb meeting and actually get past the tapes in all of your races . regards keeping your head down, that i strongly advise you do . if you do score a bucket load , it will be on the same track as last year , same shale , same water. oh but a certain steve lawson doing the track this year . now there is your excuse for the weekend if you score well. lol . so is bomber going to be around on Saturday or what . looks like even the Glasgow propaganda machine cant tell the fans . its all a secret ya know . shhh . dont tell the paying fans , more importantly, dont tell yer own fans W.T.F. is going on . tha faccues are mucking the Glasgow club up for sure . . come on , give us an answer . saying you were not treated very well , in what respect james . sticking a finger up @ fans is not good . yes , you got what you deserved .
