Yes- Polish teams are only obliged to name one  U21 reserve(or should i say 6/7 ;)) prior to just before the match( 1 hour ?) at which stage they have to give the full team.

Kuromonow :)

fun fact: there's no V in the Polish alphabet, of course we know the letter etc. but it doesn't exist in our language, however our W is pronounced exactly the same as the English V

You don’t pronounce the G in Gdańsk either and Łódź isn’t as it reads in English
