BSPA website

The BSPA really should take more care when putting items on there website. The latest "oops" is describing the video of Rye House v Swindon last season as being a Championship match. I realise that they must have confused themselves with the changes in league names but they should check things before publishing them.

The reason for showing only poor races is the clip provider fears showing the best races will hit their meeting DVD sales

In that case, one could take the view that the particular heat available to view is representative of the other 14 and not bother to 'purchase' the DVD,

Far better to put a decent race up and hope the prospective DVD purchaser wants to see more of the same!

A mix-up of what the competition was, is the least of the BSPA's worries right now. In fact, who's it going to cause the lack of sleep for? The average speedway fan will know the mistake; somebody who isn't a speedway fan won't... and will not care.

Typical negative attitude instead of thinking about the benefits it could have.

You could take the best 10 or so races every week and BT could show them in a 30 minute programme before/after live meetings, you'd even have time to show the fixtures for the week ahead across the country. Easy enough to show a few repeats of that throughout the week as well.
