FMN’s shall nominate their complete Team (Including host FMN), with each
Rider’s starting number on the official SoN Team declaration form, no later
than 10 days before Race Off 1 of the SoN Final Tournament.
The names and composition of the declared teams will remain confidential
and must not be disclosed by the FMN or their representatives to the
media or any other party until announced by FIM or the SoN Promoter
FMN’s may nominate a U21 Rider who is the same nationality as FMN. This
rider will be allocated starting number 3, allowed to practice and will be a
Reserve, permitted to take the place of any rider at any time during the
meeting. The nomination and use of an U21 Rider is not compulsory for
2018 but will be compulsory for 2019.
Team composition and the Riders shall be the same 2 or 3 riders that
were entered on the SoN team declaration form.
No changes to any declared Teams will be permitted throughout the SoN
except in the case of injury or illness, supported by a Medical Certificate
where necessary, and approved by the International Jury. Where the
International Jury approves such changes, the replacement Rider will
occupy the original Rider’s place in the nominated Team.
The International Jury will issue a list, including the Teams draw colour, as
soon as possible after the completion of the previous event. (See Art. 3.5)

Weren't we led to believe it would alternate with SWC and that SWC would return 2019?

Race Off 1 & 2
After the 21 qualification heats there will be 2 additional heats.
Heat 22 will consist of the team in 4th & 5th place.
Heat 23 will consist of the team in 3rd place and the winner of heat
22.
The winner of heat 23 will join the 1st and 2nd placed teams in qualifying
for the finals.
Final 1 & 2
The Scores from Final 1 will be added to the scores from Final 2
(42 Heats) to determine 4th to 7th place for the 2018 SoN.
Final 2 will consist of 2 extra heats, a Semi Final heat and a Grand Final
heat to determine the top 3 of the 2018 SoN.
Heat 22 (Semi Final heat) will consist of the 2nd & 3rd placed teams from
the 42 qualifying heats.

The winning team of the Semi Final heat will join the top scoring team in
heat 23 the Grand Final heat.
The winning team of the Grand Final heat will become 2018 SoN
champions.
The losing team of the Grand Final Heat will become 2018 SoN Runner
up.
The losing team of the Semi Final Heat will become 2018 SoN Third
Place.

Bewley maybe a better option at NSS than Lambert & Cook!

Teams for event 1 have been announced, Russia to win it from the Danes with the Germans sneaking third.

I see from the Speedway GB website that the reserve can be used at any time. In which casse, this is definitely the best choice for now.

Had the reserve not been able to be used at will, it might be a bit of a tougher choice between Cook and Lambert.

At the NSS yes but not in Poland and you have to keep the same team

How many more times is this to be brought up.    You cannot change your team from Manchester to Wroclaw.

Denmark in a really difficult position at the moment, in a way very much how GB was a few years ago with riders that have been around a while, maybe on their way down, with no-one really coming through to take their place.

At least here there are riders now good enough to give the manager a choice to make, and the future is certainly looking a lot healthier
