Aces51
If my memory is right at Hyde Road in the 50's it was, Entrance Of The Gladiators, written in the 1890's, as the riders came out at the beginning of the meeting and So Long It's Been Good To Know You, sung by Vera Lynn as we were leaving. Who says the music hasn't moved on. Edited December 6, 2017 by Aces51

You really do have an ageism problem. Most of the 60s and 70s music I listen to would not be described as slow-paced. Of course you wouldn't know - it's far too good for the likes of shallow kids like you ;-)
