Points limit only illegal if it’s different from different teams but some riders can double up but not others? ALL home grown can ALL non home grown cant A consistent inconsistency

Guess Tai can Jason and Greg can't, but of course that is subject to any legal action that may be pursued Why isn’t “home grown” riders illegal? Has restraint of trade based on a “protected characteristic” of the 2010 Equalities Act. Interesting a “rider with an average over 6” is not a protected characteristic
ch958
other leagues can insist on a homegrown minimum in teams so it must be ok with EU. Perhaps if its voluntary EU rules don't apply

ch958
well imo yes but others may not agree my own feelings about 2nd div is it should be weakened to allow easier transition for 3rd div riders but thats my personal opinion - I've always watched div 2 and enjoyed watching improvers
East End Fan
ch958 makes a very good point. If the Championship were of a slightly lower standard it would do three good things. Probably lower their rider costs....make it easier for National League riders to move up and also make what I see as a beneficial bigger differential to the Premier League which would then look much more Premier !
