south aussie results, could be good for a couple of youngsters needing visas.

Cracking meeting ,some outstanding races, lots of good youngsters coming through.

The fourth place was vital for Lidsey's visa needs, he can go all the way to a European career if he maintains progress. He was in the UK a couple of seasons ago for a look-see.

Jordan Stewart may need another year to reach the standard required to cut it overseas.

Sedgmen is already OK for a 2018 visa and Branford (who has retired from overseas racing anyway) doesn't need one.

Hence why I said those needing visas.

Stewart in my opinion could cut it over there now, Branford has stated he's having a year home don't think he's done yet, certainly on that showing he's got plenty to give still.

When's the Last Last Chance saloon

The Tasmanian Championship

Not quite, but ... the Northern Territory State Championships - Alice Springs February 17th 2018
More details and confirmation plus supplementary regulations will be made available soon.
Not only will a NT State Championship be up for the winner but also the top 3 riders will be eligible for UK tier 2 sport visa applications as recognised Government Body Endorsements (GBE) by the BSPA/UKVI for riders to compete in the UK.

I dont think the NT state champs is on he list of those that provide elligibility for a UK visa

Surely that should be dependent on the calibre of nominations?    The WA Title line-up is a joke in that respect, yet offer a free pass for visas year on year.

As a matter of interest, when did the number of visa places drop from top four to top three in State Titles, and has this ever been publicised?
