Peterborough Panthers Vs Ipswich Witches - 22/10/2017 - Ko Final

Recommended Posts

"We knew we could fit Scott in and it wasnt a tough decision. We are allowed to do it by the rules. Whether we should or shouldnt because he rode for them in the first leg is a different question."

From Ritchie Hawkins

Says a lot about the sport..... whether it's right of wrong the rules allow it so why not.

Why don't we just get the truth in regards to Holder and BWD? They've just disappeared into thin air.

One rider hasn't disappeared off social media, if you have instagram a certain rider's story seems to suggest, that he may be in a different country, not naming names. JACK HOLDER

I have to agree. I've been going for well over 40 years, and this has to be the worst season ever. Nearly every meeting i look at on updates seems to be a farce. I was at Eastbourne on Sunday, where mildenhall couldn't find a decent guest to ride at No.1 in a cup final. The problem is, I'm used to it now, and don't expect anything better.

True. The race to the bottom has been going on for many years now. I keep expecting it to bottom out at some point but each AGM and passing years just seem to give things another boost of energy travelling in the wrong direction.

I've heard that story before, have you got another one.

Any of these....

Riss

Wells

Lawson

R Worrall

Summers

Proctor

Bjerre

Kennett

Nilsson

Kasprzak

It was likely to be Nicholls but the BSPA ruled that Holders score in his last league match on the 13th doesn’t count until next Monday so he rides in place of Schlein instead, shame because it’s undoubtedly going to hit the attendance as I doubt many Panthers fans will now travel.

The Panthers management have tried a lot of riders, most have packed up and returned home, some are ill or injured and it’s probably just better to give Harris, Starke and Ostergaard the extra rides, at least we know they will try which is more than I can say over some of our expensive guests recently have done.

Cant believe someone like ty proctor wouldnt have taken a guest booking for panthers! Hes had plenty of guest bookings late and scored well pretty much everywhere especially at Foxhall too, surely hed want the money before the end of the season!

If Scott hadnt been allowed to ride for us then no doubt Hawkins wouldve called on him once again after his performance the other week!

Guested at Sheffield last night top scoring so hes still here too 😉
