The Third Man
Good news, just needs more consistency and could be our ace in the pack for next season

SheffieldTigersFan
Team shaping up quite nicely so far, I've always quite liked Smith so that's good!
foamfence
Team shaping up quite nicely so far, I've always quite liked Smith so that's good! I think he'll be out of his depth to be honest.
Mattfordfan
Dont understand that signing tbh unless Sheffield are going top heavy with Grajczonek or Nicholls. Surely Georgie Wood is going to be the No.7?
Steve55
Think they're going top heavy, but can't see it being either of those two, but can see Wood being the number 7.

The SAINT
You've missed out Charles Wright! Could've had a change of direction seeing as nicholls can now ride in this league Yes Doesn't fit points wise
RideHard
The team above does fit, with the British reductions to the averages. Smith has potential, put in plenty of practice laps round owlerton after hed recovered from his injury
Sings4Speedway
Smith has loads of potential & some of the best equipment in any league which is something many riders fall foul of including the previously mentioned Georgie Wood. Smith might struggle occasionally away but i reckon he will put 1.5 points on his average.
Gunner85
Pleased for Jack... he will benefit being at Sheffield and develop further. Good luck in 2018 Jack
4thbender
Can't envisage how there can be a balanced side with Smith and Wood at 6 & 7. Being able to call on the experience of Graversen at no.6 is what won matches in 2016. Who will provide the trump card when it matters if we have two 2-pointers at reserve? Panthers89
Wood and Smith if it was them would both improve there averages, I think they would add 2-3 points between them. If you had a top 5 of Howarth, Bates, Proctor, Wright and Bjerre youll do just fine. Moan when youve got Panthers line up lol
Gazc
Good to see Jack at Sheffield for a season to further his learning curve he will be well looked after down there. I am guessing the Glasgow and Sheffield promotion have agreed JPB to Glasgow and Jack to Sheffield with no loan fee from either side. Surprised Glasgow did not have Smith back. Was it due to averages ?
