Gunner85
With only. 3 point unattached NL to replace injured Andy Mellish , a much tougher match. We are still capable of winning and if the racing is anything like last night at the NSS then we are in for a treat
Hunters
Nothing tough about it , would need a Tsunami to stop you.
TurnTwo
Not really hunters, Bates powell & Halder scored 4 points between them (1 where Powell beat Bates in heat 14) Woods first meeting there last time and knight scored 6. And looking at his paid max last night maybe back to his best? Kemp is far stronger than Halder and with no mellish it might be as plain sailing. With that also Brennan and kemp can take rides for Powell. Either way its going to be a brilliant advert for speedway.
Aces51
Mellish could have been good for 6 points whereas his replacement is unlikely to score. That's a 12 point swing and likely to have a significant affect on the result. Kemp rode very well in the British Youth Championship at the NSS, Knight won his last two races on his last visit and Wood scored 10. It's going to be tough but can be done if Bewley, Smith and Shuttleworth are at their best. Edited October 17, 2017 by Aces51
ruckerroo
Whilst i think belle vue will win over the 2 legs theres no reason eastbourne shouldnt hit the 35-38 pt mark to make it a good final leg. first 4 heats are crucial, 15-9 after 4 and its game on, 19-5 like lots of colts matches and theres neigh way back. wood, knight and bailey are capable of winning races, brennan rode well there last time after 2 rides to suss the track, should be a good spectacle and may the best side win. Aces51
It's not likely to be 19-5 after four races with Mellish being replaced but I know what you mean. To win the three heat leaders and Bickley are going to have to score about 48. Possible but not by any means easy.
Islander15
Eastbourne have nabbed the obvious replacement for Mellish in Jason Edwards. I wonder if someone like Ben Woodhull will reappear for one meeting. The weather looks dodgy around racing time on Weds so the rain could prove to be a leveller too. Phil The Ace
Dan Gilkes seems the most likely for colts
Moleman27
Belle Vue dont really have a good option as Eastbourne have the two good unnatached 3pointers
solrac
Whatever happens Eastbourne finished top of the league so are unofficial champions. If they win on aggregate great, if they don't, they still finished top, so a massively successful season. Get in

Get in You have hit the nail on the head, that is three seasons out of three now, what is there not to like. Shows what a fantastic job Martin and Connor have done to keep speedway alive in the area. Time for the fans to show their appreciation on Saturday and turn out in force for the end of season meeting.

WestGorton1884
Great nights racing , well done Colts, what an exciting young team, also sincere commiserations to the Eagles , Bewley , Smith , and Bickley aided by Rob Shuttlworth provide a fearsome quartet at the NSS , But the Eagles pushed them all the way, Got to also mention the Eagles fans who made the 6 hour journey up to Manchester on Wednesday night to cheer their boys on Edited October 18, 2017 by WestGorton1884
