Premiership Grand Final 2nd Leg - Wolves Vs Swindon 4 Oct

Recommended Posts

Mark and Chris poor in second leg. Nicholls would have been a better guest at Monmore Green. Any team would have struggled without their top two. Fair play to Swindon, you can only beat what is in front of you. Seized the opportunity with both hands.

Eh! What an anti climax that final was.

Really? I thought it was a good final and very tense. A heat 30 decider as well.

Looks like the Swindon fans have invaded the track!

Clearly Wolves hit badly losing their top two. Happened to Poole at Wolves last year going with missing riders. 5hite happens.

Well done to Swindon and Rosco. Rather have a passionate manager run my team.

I'm correct.

If Riss didn't fall at Swindon under no pressure at all then Wolves would've won. Riss was rubbish again tonight.

Harris doesn't deserve to cop the lot.

If wolves had lindgren and thorsell they wouldve won. You seem to have some vendetta against mark for some strange reason Edited by Mr Blobby

Well done Swindon.Harris poor.but not knocking him.Always gives his all(under powered,or over, but must know the set up for the green)..Ellis went better and Doyle made starts so got plenty of points.Would of been Wolves with a full team, but it is what it is.

Well done to Rory Schlein on a good interview, magnanimous in defeat, pity Rosco couldn’t praise Wolves when he was interviewed, fair play to them , they went into the final with everyone predicting a virtual walkover & took it to a last hear decider.

Are you stirring the pot, or just not very bright ?!

Woffinden couldnt ride for Wolves tonight, as he didnt sign a contract for ride for Wolves this season, oh and also because the transfer deadline, that allows teams to change their declared 1 - 7 has long since passed !

If there wasnt a transfer deadline, teams could rent a rider for the play off semis and final !

Still, never mind, when you have watched speedway for longer than five minutes, you will understand it !

Harris will take a lot of flak rightly as he was woeful. Greaves apart, all the other Wolves riders need to look at their performances at home. Swindon were just better.

But Schlein and Masters are third heat leader and second string. Harris didn't turn up and was frankly a disgrace. How would Swindon have done with no Doyle and Morris, with Lindgren and Thorsell riding for Wolves? I doubt it would have gone to heat 30.

What a joke and a disgraceful final.

Why wasn't Woffinden allowed to ride for Wolves?

Imagine Barcelona not being allowed to bring on Messi from the bench.
