Peterborough Panthers 2018

Grondal average is 4.39 and fwiw 3 & 4 ride in poland

No.  The Equality Act covers those who gain a contract for which they are personally paid to do a job.  This applies for a CL contract as much as a PL one and they are not considered one employment.

Since Klindt, Morley & Wajknecht had to use a conversion of their Premiership average rather than an old Premier League (Championship) ave, the same rule must apply to Grondal surely?
