Elmo
The major work widening bends 3 & 4 were done the year before 1 & 2. I think the plans is just to get them smoother this winter.
beckettlion
Think I saw on either facebook or twitter that someone had suggested that Kim Nilsson was not returning to British speedway this year.. Vaculik Bates Pieszscek Riss King Newman Would leave 3.77 for the final reserve, would allow a little more strength in reserve. Jan Graversen? Max Clegg? Jack Smith? Vaculik Bates Pieszscek Riss King Newman Would leave 3.77 for the final reserve, would allow a little more strength in reserve. Jan Graversen? Max Clegg? Jack Smith? If the rules haven't changed Graversen should start on a 4.00 ave! How about Robert Mear (3.65)?
Mr Bump
Thought Georgie Wood looked very comfortable holding off Danny King in the Sheffield meeting. No idea of averages for a chap like that though. Latest signing being announced tomorrow.
Col
If Pieszczek is going to be a 7.00 rider then I would go with ... Vaculik 9.00 Bates 5.52 Pieszczek 7.00 King 6.66 Nilsson 7.13 Newman 4.86 AN Other to fit .... 2.33 max That could work. Shame Pieszczek is 7.00 really tough ask. But there is enough experience around him in that team. IMO Pieszczek should be 5.00 having never ridden in a SGP or SWC event. But then Leicester isn't a few miles West of Bournemouth and the rules were not constructed with the Lions in mind,.

It beggars belief when Wozniak and Woryna are around the 5 mark!! Need to re-assess everyone who hasn't a valid average from riding the whole of last season!

The Observer
Danny King and Kyle Newman return Congratulations to Leicester for showing faith & loyalty to a pairing that can only improve in 2018. Newman in particular I'm pleased to see back, fully fit he will be formidable both home & away. Just waiting now on the signature of KN, if the numbers fit of course? stevethelion
Is it confirmed yet which race night the Lions will primarily use? In an article advertising season tickets on the Lions website, it states Mondays as being the preferred race- night for home meetings.
proud panther
Hope Newman can stay injury free next season, because he can improve his average if he does, in my opinion.

Paddy The Rebel
Danny king wont improve by a lot hell do well to get over 7.50,kyle newman is what he is dependable but will allways get injured so am not to dissapointed would rather have woryna on 4.65. But overall not a bad team so far, surely nilsson would be other heatleader leaving a no7 and thats it.

Newman vs Woryna= ahahha Woryna= the man who beat every single GP rider this year in the extraliga. Newman= Is a 2nd string rider in the championship its a bit of a different quality of a rider. Bagpuss
Woryna= the man who beat every single GP rider this year in the extraliga. Yet won't have his UK ringer average reassessed! While other (GP) riders have been, and therefore driven out of reach of other clubs who would all love to give Poole a more competitive league. The whole thing reeks to high heaven.
