I am sure to will have been discussed, but their decision like in many minors matters will eventually be released as a full comprehensive set of minutes has never been released AFAIK. Once everything is "clear", then an announcement would follow. The minor matters that have grey areas are starting rules, sickies, injuries, non-attendance, final deadline signings are just a few gripes.
