Bald Bloke
I wonder how many people are clinging on to betting slips from the start of the season with 'Swindon to win' written on them. Wish I was one of them.Bet the odds were great Edited September 20, 2017 by Bald Bloke

Yampy
So when are Wolves likely to announce the team for Friday? I'm guessing nicholls and clegg will be included... Who elses is free ???
Beowulf
The Wolves team for the 2nd leg is going to be a jigsaw puzzle. With due respect to the Rebels, one way or another we should be able to score 32 points, otherwise that is poor management on our part.
Yampy
Interesting comments from Freddie on the Wolves page, saying that Somerset refused to change the date... Also it says Wolves are missing five riders, so we have Kyle and who else?

foreverblue
Somerset are not in the same league as Swindon and belle Vue. Aces will rightly start massive favourites for overall progression given that over 2 legs this season they have already won 2-0. Good and probably expected win for Wolves tonight. Next week will be a different animal all together. As expected easy win for Wolves, Thorsell unlucky to miss out on what would have been a big pay day. Dont agree Aces are favourites at all, Wolves are favourites over two legs. Kyle, Jacob and nathan are left from the wolves team. The quote said 5 missing, your saying 4 missing? Call me wolfie
Kyle, Jacob and nathan are left from the wolves team. Nathan will be riding for Ipswich, if we are missing 5 I'm guessing that Jacob will skip gp practice in sweden as he's only a reserve So when are Wolves likely to announce the team for Friday? I'm guessing nicholls and clegg will be included... Who elses is free ???Clegg riding for Edinburgh, Ellis Perks was in the pits last night so I'm guessing he will be replacing Riss

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Both legs of the Edin/Ips play off are on the dates marked as reserved for PO semi final in the original fixture list for each club from before the season even started which is why that match takes priority. stevebrum
Dont agree Aces are favourites at all, Wolves are favourites over two legs. Not an issue to disagree! We will have to be at our very best to progress against a team we have yet to beat over 2 legs so far this season.

The Cheese
http://www.wolverhamptonwolves.co/news.php?extend.2819 Have to say I don't see why the 2nd leg can't be next Friday. Still plenty of time after if there's a rain off

Beowulf
Even with a team of guests we should have enough of a lead to progress, but that is not the point, the fans are being short-changed.

Red Flag
In the SS today they have direct quote from Gary May's press release saying he didn't want to wait until 29th Sept, yet it looks like both teams would be at full strength, looks like he just wanted a decimated Wolves team and then tries to blame Freddie. After his teams abject performance last night I can see why he didn't want full teams
