Ommer Mon
No idea what our Team is going to look like tomorrow after today's problems. Tom Bacon will be guesting for us. It would have been tough against the Eagles with a full strength team so I'll be honest and say I expect to lose narrowly (mind you that's what I said against the Colts!). Argos
Will the Birmingham fans be up in arms as one of there riders are helping out there biggest rivals like the Cradley fans were when Hall rode for Birmingham
Leicester Hunter
Will the Birmingham fans be up in arms as one of there riders are helping out there biggest rivals like the Cradley fans were when Hall rode for Birmingham Does it matter? Neither of us are going to make the playoffs now, especially after your debacle today at Mildenhall.
Ommer Mon
I don't think it matters too much as I can't see either of them making the Play Offs.

Ramsbottom
Speedway can't carry on like this. I am an out and out Cradley supporter and have been there since my father took me in the early sixties but how can I justify it to my non speedway friends when they question me about supporting a team when none of the signed riders are representing it. Hunters
More to the point, when can they fit the replay in because if the forecast is right the weather will be the winner.
gazzac
I know I'm repeating what other's have said but I do finally think the only way around this is 2 leagues not 3, probably slightly improved /larger championship level plus NL. It's become obvious this year 3 leagues is just not sustainable and has become more of a farce with rider availability than previous years. cityrebel
The problem is, most of the clubs in the present NL couldn't afford a raise in standards if the sport went to two leagues. Sadly i think some track closures will occur this winter.
Brummies_Ste
Cradley rolled over and conceded the four points? When is the re-staging? Not many days left before the cut off. If Cradley can't/won't stage: that's four points for Eastbourne. Monmore is available Mon 18th Heathens running scared as Perry injured & Ayres riding for Redcar
Bryce
Cradley need 6 points from their last 2 matches to grab the last play off place from Lakeside. Surely they wouldn't just concede the fixture?
cityrebel
Nothing would suprise me with speedway. Look at how cookie withdrew the hammers from the cup, because of a lack of available dates!
Heathen1984
Cradley arent running scared but as Cradley av said stated cant use 18th as stadium and staff cant do it. Not alot they can do. Cant see fixture being done before cut off thou
Islander15
Neutral track? Perry Barr on Wednesday?
solrac
Be a shame for Cradley if they can't get it restaged in time. A win at Isle of Wight on Thursday (very possible ) would mean a win against Eastbourne would qualify them for playoffs...

If Cradley can't/won't stage: that's four points for Eastbourne. Is that a rule or just a wish? I fancied a full strength eagles to win at Cradley last week and it would be most unfair if they were deprived of a chance of top spot due to the home teams track problems. Next Friday is a reserved date in case last weeks double header was rained off so if I was Martin Dugard I would offer Cradley the use of the Arlington track as a home venue on Friday, after all they are a nomad team and already using Perry Barr next week instead of Monmore. That would at least show us wether they are serious about staging the replay.
Heathen1984
Yeh Arlington as an home for cradley, not a chance in hell of that happening, crazy to even think that!
cityrebel
The weather looks dodgy for the island this week, so it might be irrelevant.

Sings4Speedway
Don't think there is any rule about all matches being completed before the cut off just before the close of the season (with fines for clubs that do not host all their matches) so can't see how any team can be awarded points unless a team officially concedes. Chances are it will mean a terrible match late in the season with both sides out to lower averages and the crazy situation of Cradley finishing 4th in the table but not competing in the play offs or Eastbourne finishing top of the league but not getting to choose their play off opponents. Do i remember a similar situation with Rye House Raiders & Coventry last year?
