Yes but Jacks form is a worry in wet or dry conditions

Jack will be fine. He's a young lad.

So what? Finishing top gives Swindon pick. All square again now.

Playoffs are brilliant. You are certainly in the minority.

Should be a separate end of season thing. It just gives a team a chance who have been average , in this case Poole, a chance at the end of the season to call themselves "Champs". I am happy to be in the minority as you call it on this one. Ask any Swindon supporter what they would prefer after the season they have had. In Speedway more than any other sport maybe , it can go catastrophically wrong in one match, the playoffs can destroy a whole seasons prep and form in a second with no chance of recovery. Never agreed or liked it from day one, but unfortunately it is what it is. If Poole get past Swindon and win it how barmy will that be.

Yes it certainly would be but I'm sure the Poole promotion and fans will accept it just as graciously as they did in 2010.

Said for years that whoever finishes top is the 'winner' the play offs merely just a money spinner.

Cant remember the season but Poole and Peterborough made loads of changes and roared up to finish 4th and 5th, was obvious to anyone that because they could strengthen at the right time they would go on to be champions which was farcical. At least now teams have a cut off for changes stopping that happening.

Maybe if its wet Poole could get Chris Holder in after his performance in the GP. Just shows even more how disgraceful his attitude was that night at Kings Lynn

So you are making up some fictitious idea that Holder could ride for Poole, even though the rules don't allow it as he is banned for 9 months and doesn't have a British club, it won't and can't happen. If you are trying to say Holder rode ok in the gp yesterday so it was disgraceful he wouldn't ride at Lynn, well anyone can see last night wasn't grippy at all. What Holder has to do with Poole v Swindon I have no idea. Perhaps you are just trolling as usual.

You have even outdone yourself this time with you anti Poole claptrap.

On top of that Poole finished 24 points clear of Coventry in 2010. Don't recall you bleating about Coventrys win back then.

You do as Hans does not like wet mucky tracks.

Pah, and Doyle does??! He'll already be on the phone trying to get it called off. You know what he's like with dodgy forecasts! :D

Which is why there should be two awards.

Agree orlovski, a trophy for the league winners and one for playoff winners, like they have in rugby league and a couple of other team sports. A few people I know that don't watch speedway think its unusual, but its a moneyspinner.

I don't think Wolves have ever finished top but they have been "champions" a few times. Then you had Coventry champs after beating Poole in 2010, even though they were over 20 points behind them, can you imagine that in Football Premier League. Probably why speedway is seen as a bit of a Mickey Mouse minority sport by most.

I love the playoffs though.

Woah back up there little man

I know full well that Holder cant ride.................its called tongue in cheek, sarcasm.............come in its in 99% of your posts.

If you can ride against the best in the world on that track but yet cant ride for your club on a grippy one then yes i would call it disgraceful.

Trolling...................pot and kettle spring to mind.

And ive highlighted the last piece of garbage you have wrote. I said that i believe whoever finishes top is worthy champions. That has been Poole on numerous occasions. If Poole finish top then they are champions in my eyes. In 2010 i wasnt even on the forum so a little bit hard to discuss it or 'bleat' about it. But no i donrt like the fact that Poole were 24 points ahead of the team that became champions as that isnt right. Is that anti Poole???? But at least that year Poole took the defeat with grace...............hmmmm.

Poole have topped the table many times so in those seasons are deserving winners. Can you twist the please so im anti Poole?

Nothing against Wolves or Belle Vue but i want Swindon to win the league...........the best side over 28 matches

Doyle has said it himself on twitter, he always goes on about if there is a bad forecast it should be called off! :D So if it is garbage then it's Doyle you should take it up with!

But how do you know he has already been on the phone, me thinks you are telling porkies

Correct, Wolves have finished second each time they won the title. Warning, we finished second this year.😁

I think its laughable that neither you or Shovlar actually read my posts......you just reply with anti Poole stuff.

I said whoever finishes top of the league is the deserving winner..................which on many occasions has been Poole.....please enlighten me how that is having a poke as you put it.

Did i feel it was fair that Coventry finished 4th and won it? No

Do i think its fair that Poole finish 4th this season but could win it? No

Please do your best in saying this is anti Poole

Thats the way the play off's are. Do you not have a train set to play with. Or there is a championship thread for people like you.
