theblueboy
Utter b*llocks and every Swindon fan knows it. Swindon are cheating, when they didn't need to. Utterly disgraceful. It's only a reserve Steve. Cheating sounds like a very strong word to me. Is that the word you mean? This bloke, Newman, proved he was no good earlier in the season and rightly got the tin tack as a result. Not sure why you are so upset?
Mattfordfan
I personally would never welcome Kyle back to this club again if he goes out and scores big points tonight. Would be unforgiveable.
CB252
So once again we have the amazing situation where people (whom had possibly spoken to the rider in question) predicting, with some degree of certainty, last week that Newman would be in the Swindon team tonight. A bit like last year when Tungate went round telling everyone he was riding in the semi for Poole 3 weeks before Pedersen sustained his unfortunate injury. Not to mention the disgraceful North fiasco of two years ago. What I found most amazing is that the promoters and managers of these crooked teams actually believe that this competition is so worth winning, to the point that they'll blow another hole in British Speedway's already knackered foot. Another normal day in the worthless pile of crap that is the SGB Premiership.
Steve Shovlar
Why don't you message him and tell him this? Read what Foreverblue posted above, from BWD own website. Really p*ss poor from Swindon when they are scared of using their own rider.
thecoombdog
Give me his address and then I will. You know as well as I do that there's F all wrong with him. Just reply to his message on FB like others have.

foreverblue
Swindon cheats. Simple as that. Why they should be running scared I have no idea but BWD came back very well yesterday and this brings the sport into disrepute to be honest. Swindon must be so desperate. Hope Wolves stuff them out of sight in the final. What you have to ask yourself is if Kyle wasn't available would they still be getting a guest? Just highlights why this sport is seen as an utter joke everywhere in the world except Poland.
thecoombdog
Read what Foreverblue posted above, from BWD own website. Really p*ss poor from Swindon when they are scared of using their own rider. Look I think its dodgy as hell and said to my mates yesterday what are the odds of Brad getting a knock and Newman stepping in. But im sure someone with a better memory than me can post some similar tales from Poole play off campaign's of the past?!
Grachan
The big question is: Would Wilson-Dean have been riding tonight if Newman wasn't available? My guess is that he would have been.
hyabb17
Read what he's put today. That's I'm asking. He even said last night in the report he was struggling to hold the bike. At the end of the day, though, there's not a lot to choose between them so I'm not sure it makes Swindon particularly stronger - but we'll see.
hyabb17
''Still struggling with my wrist, pulled out of my last ride yesterday because of it. Will do my best to be back for Thursday, trust me I didn't make the decision to sit out today lightly all I want to do is be out there helping my team.'' He then went on to say that he would be unable to hold the bike & could have had 7 rides. It's no ideal & Poole fans can hardly take the moral high ground Edited September 11, 2017 by hyabb17
Mattfordfan
Our boys need to ride very aggressively tonight. Ride like Nicki P's if they have to.
LisaColette
Don't worry, it might get called off yet then no probs for BWD to ride next week is there??! Or will he have tripped over his own feet by then?....
hyabb17
Oh my. So endanger other riders to benefit. Is this what you're saying? Our boys need to ride very aggressively tonight. Ride like Nicki P's if they have to.
Steve Shovlar
What you have to ask yourself is if Kyle wasn't available would they still be getting a guest? No of course not. Swindon are cheating, end of story. I can see Rosco yesterday praying BWD would have a duff meeting so it would look ok. Then BWD goes out and has a blinder, beating Cook. Oh dear that was not needed. Instead of thinking, OK we will use BWD as he is clearly fit to ride, Swindon make up some feeble excuse about a sore wrist and bring in Kyle Newman. Cheating, pure and simple. To do such a thing was completely unnecessary and turns any fair minded supporter against them.
hyabb17
Seen a pic of the track & it looks wet. Wouldn't be bothered if it was called off. Having Newman in for Brad had caused more dean then it's worth Don't worry, it might get called off yet then no probs for BWD to ride next week is there??!
