bruno
Run Cradley first!!!! Yeh that makes sense. A lot of Cradley fans won't go to the Wolves meeting so will turn up at half 7 . Also I'd imagine the NL riders won't be there and ready to race at 6 just in case Wolves riders are delayed. I'm actually wondering if it's worth bothering tonight. Gets you that way this speedway mullarkey
ouch
Going to be tough at fortress monmore. Â They are the only track to average in the 50's such is their enormous home track advantage. Â Things aren't helped with our gating prowess deserting us at present. Â Don't forget the fines for any Aces rider that moves off the white line. Â Stay safe. Â Wolves by 14. Only 2 clichés? Come on you've got 8 left from your allowance of 10 ! I suppose you've got to keep some back for the match report though. 😛 Edited August 28, 2017 by Beowulf
stevebrum
If there's a delay at the Poole meeting then riders hit traffic on the way to Monmore then the Wolves meeting could become a shambles and that could hit our meeting which is already looking a bit of a shambles anyway. Another dark day for speedway today? Hope not  So long as the senior meeting gets run that's all that matters. It certainly won't be Wolves if Belle Vue riders can't make it in time.  Going to be tough at fortress monmore. They are the only track to average in the 50's such is their enormous home track advantage.  Conveniently forgot our home defeat, hardly a fortress. stevebrum
Yes i think hes best left to his own devices on that subject. No doubt will come back with more bore horror comments, quoting posts and links as tho it might prove something (or nothing as the case usually is). Nowt like being predictable and boring I guess. Aces51
We could struggle if Bjerre is still having problems with his borrowed engine. We can't afford for any of our top four to have an off night when using r/r. Â I hope the trip from Poole isn't too problematic. I thought they might have rushed that meeting through but obviously not.

Beowulf
Ha ha! Â Classic rubbish stirring, well done! Your original post was 100% stirring. I should look in the mirror If I were you.
foreverblue
Well the way things are going, Wolves will be second by tonight.
foreverblue
?  100% on topic you mean.  There were several posts regarding the issues Belle Vue fans and riders face getting to tonight's meeting.  In the circumstances it makes absolute sense to get on with the meeting rather causing issues with the second meeting, which does have something riding on it as far as qualifying for the cup bit is concerned.  Ironically you decided to troll a post about the meeting with your irrelevant '10 cliché' post which had nothing at all to do with the meeting or the venue. Didn't you say earlier this meeting had nothing riding on it?
Red Flag
You had all been very good in ignoring the Flange, but he is now starting to suck you back in and you are letting him back in to ruin another thread

Mattfordfan
BV will be fatigued for sure. Scoreline could get ugly and fast tbh Edited August 28, 2017 by Poole Pirates Fanatic
Beowulf
BV will be fatigued for sure. Scoreline could get ugly and fast tbh As has been mentioned previously, today is a very big ask for the Belle Vue riders.
Fourentee
As has been mentioned previously, today is a very big ask for the Belle Vue riders. Agreed. I recall Wolves riding at Belle Vue and Coventry on the same day some years ago (think there was an odd number of teams in the league that year and agreeing to both matches meant all teams had a home fixture over the course of a Bank Holiday weekend) and it being something of a struggle. And that's considerably less mileage than the Aces are racking up today.
