MD
Still needs to drop his average a fair bit before we can fit him in next season. Been work in progress since June.
Paulco
As paulco says aaron looked slow. Can't help thinking he's suffering from lack of meetings. Fewer meetings less earnings and it becomes a vicious circle. Hopefully with more meetings over the next few weeks he can get his engines sorted as we reach the crucial part of the season Taking three laps to pass the lesser Lindgren in one heat , and looking a bad last in heat 13 before Garrity's bike exploded is a major concern . kermitfrog
I hope we aren't thinking of bringing back Aaron/Richard next seasonWe need a clearout to be honest, Lawson is boring to watch and can't pass at all, and Summers is just too inconsistantNext season we should build our team like this, Riders who have an away average which matches there normal average or is better. No point in wasting points on riders like Aaron and Richard who have 7. away averages when you can bring in a 7 pointer who will do the business at home and score you 7/8 away from hom, leaving you points to bring in better riders elsewhere within the team. Pickerings current average (the one on the stats page rather than green sheet) is 4.85 Ex BP and 5.63 Inc BP, his away average is 4.89 Ex BP and 5.70 Inc BP, and with his ashfield average before last nights shambles (not josh's fault) being 5.33 Ex BP and 6.67 Inc BP this is the sort of rider we want in our side for next seasonWe should keep Dan, Richie, maybe Nike (depending on the numbers game) and start to bring in some new faces. My riders to keep an eye on for tigers 2018 are... Steve WorrallJosh PickeringMatt Williamson Ryan Douglas Chris Harris Zach Waj ( dont wanna attempt to spell lol)

Surprised you haven't included Cookie in your list and the fact we are going to change our race day to a Monday afternoon

damosuzuki
Our stewards must get special training from the Gestapo nothing like making your customers feel wanted. Someone needs to have a training session on speaking to the public. They have to keep folk in the safe areas but should be told to be polite and courteous. It's embarresing at times when you hear them yelling you can't stand there - move. Having said that the example from Dick is just as bad, so what do you expect. People have paid good money and that is crap customer service.
tyretrax
Noticed Dishcloth left the green light on until the riders were on the back straight.
MD
Noticed Dishcloth left the green light on until the riders were on the back straight. And initially put the wrong exclusion light on in the ht8 debacle. He must have seriously fallen asleep in the wheelhouse. Ht8 has been mentioned in the Tigers meeting report, surely officialdom will take notice. At the very least we could have left Vatch a voicemail and let him do the digging for himself.

GS550
bring in a 7 pointer who will do the business at home and score you 7/8 away from home A 7 point ave rider will be more like 8.5/9 at home and 4/5 away.
