lewy
The team changes the ryehouse management have made and got severely critcised for by certain people on here well and truly vindicated by their push for the playoffs. Be nice nice if they could admit they were wrong!

theblueboy
What's happened to Kennett? Â Put some Poole kevlars on him and all of a sudden, the bloke that was number 1 at Rye, has 5 goes at winning a race and can't beat an egg. Â Heat 15 in particular, outgated by Wells and 50 yards behind. Is this what riding for Poole does for you?
ray c
Fair play Rye! But this track is so boring. Less passing than Poole. So boring!! what are you talking about
Steve Shovlar
Well we tried but as expected came away with nothing. Luckily no injuries for our four fallers. Â Need to do the double over Kings Lynn Wednesday and Thursday now and hopefully Somerset Friday. No Starke Wednesday and no Holder Friday.
Terry
Rye's never been one of the best tracks but tonight's been a good'un with some great racing. Â Here's to the Rockets getting that 4th place.
Pirates Of Poole
Well done to Rye! We just didn't turn up to the party. Harris looking impressive all night with back up from the rest of the team. Time to brush ourselves down and get ready for Wednesday's meeting against KL. Mattfordfan
Poor performance tonight but i am still confident of getting 4th place. Rye rode very well tonight and deserved the win.  On the bright side I had Rye House -14.5 points in play and KK to win Heat 5 so it isnt all bad .

Arthur54
Not so easy when you don't get all afternoon to practice on the track your racing on in the evening  Did ok this morning without a practice
The Voice Of Reason
Superb meeting - and fair play to the Rye House track guys. Â In case some people haven't noticed, the past few days have been scorching hot. However, the place wasn't drenched in water; and at the same time, there weren't clouds of dust. Despite Tatum's ridiculous screwdriver test, and his not too complimentary words about Rye's track, there was some excellent racing. Clearly, they kept that idiot Ronnie Russell out of the way (Swindon seems an utter gaters bore-fest these days). Â Some excellent overtaking - particularly by the Rye House guys. But what was most noticeable, was how The Rockets never gave up even whilst behind opponents; they were truly racing to the chequered flag in every heat. Â The only annoying part of the evening was hearing Tatum and Pearson forever bleating on and on and on about Poole having ridden this Morning. So what? Speedway riders have often doubled up on Bank Holidays; and considering they generally spend around 5 months each year sitting on their arses, big deal if occasionally they have 2 meetings in one day. The likes of Barry Thomas years ago would do two meetings; then be up early the following morning asphalting! Â Well done Rye House!
