But good luck to them Β Β Hello everyone on here 😁🤑🤑🇬🇧🇬🇧🤑Are you ready for the association of British speedway supporters to give you the chance to get involved with the sports first chance to really have your say and get involved in the improvement of the sport We are looking for people who will see beyond their own club and who will work for the overall good of the sport in this country and try to work with the BSPA and control Board to improve things We as paying customers deserve a united voice not just for ourselves and future generations of fans and riders .We will welcome rider members as they also need an independent voice as at the moment certain riders are being treated very poorly but this is a two street and certain riders need to respect their clubs and promotions better .We hope Promotors will recognise we aren't starting this to try and hijack the sport but we shall want and expect regular meetings with them To this end we need as many people who care about the sport to get involved .When we have a better idea of how much interest there is we will arrange a low profile meeting to start it up .Thankyou for reading this anyone who wants 'in' or just wants to chat feel free to Email me at (all lower case) risinsun123@gmail . com thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We all know many things are not working right in British speedway, much is said on this forum, and obviously elsewhere, so whats wrong with someone trying to get their voice heard. arnieg Posted August 8, 2017 Report Share Posted August 8, 2017 Unless it quickly establishes meaningful channels to communicate with the BSPA and some semi-official status (for example a slot at the BSPA conference to give a presentation on fans views) then it will be just another echo chamber of the dispirited and dwindling faithful lamenting the decline of our beloved sport. There are some interesting and informative groups dedicate to speedway and other forms of associate motorsport there. The trouble is - as I see it - many who use/visit Facebook just go to the NEWS FEED section (which I always bypass). Have you seen any of the Facebook speedway groups? Β On reflection to my quoted Post, I now realise there is a possibility that the group may not have yet established a Facebook forum. The original message in this thread may have been a tentative announcement that the group was in course of formation. The Facebook forum for the group is possibly still to come? Β Be interesting to know the Promoter's view of the proposal though. Β If done properly it could bring great benefit to Speedway. I don't believe that any of the suggests conjured up by fans haven't already been considered and dismissed by promoters.
