Bt Sport Coverage

Recommended Posts

Better this coverage, with a few small problems, than no coverage at all, which speedway is facing if BT decides it's not worth it. I enjoy it greatly and hope that it does continue next year. And / Or that the BSPA embrace some kind of Pay Per View for other matches ( for which I believe there is a viable market for away fans especially ).

Trees- Yes BT sport do have a Red button option but that is already in use for the Champions League football as they have around 8 matches to show on Wednesday.

I would have a guess that BT will be sending at least one camera crew to the meeting so they have some footage for Monday and if Natalie is there she will do an interview with the winning manager and captain

BT dont capture the live event feel , the were times last night when there was no background noise at all, you wouldnt know there was a crowd there if they didnt show them, you can make a poor meeting captive viewing if you can capture the atmosphere, I kept thinking of the saying last night ,I guess you had to be there

Pearson getting the score difference wrong after heat 11 at Blunsdon and trying to 'big up' the importance of the last 2 heats when most were perfectly aware the match was already deservedly won by Swindon.

Still he did manage to get at least 2 mentions of Woffy in even though as usual they were totally unrelated to the live action!!! lol

Cant believe, in this day and age that the second leg of the PO is no going out live. Surely someone will post it.... :t:

Thought Pearson did a good job last night.

Was that before or after his stint at Blunsdon? If you call that a good job, when he repeatedly gets the score, and the potential outcome of an important meeting, wrong . . . . .

I know it's not an easy job, but he's had years of practice and there can be no excuse for last night's performance

Along with Hans Andersen, he should be on a warning

Some people need to chill - it was live telly and they were commentating on two meetings and people make mistakes. If it spoils your viewing that much - turn the sound off!

A sensible comment for once.

Amazing how people defend basic stuff like him failing to get the scores right. Surely people are right to expect that very basic of things from a so called professional commentator?
